The Easter Egg-stravaganza at The Metropolitan Hotel

Egg-citing news Fifi fans! I was asked to create a very special Easter egg for Como Hotels Easter exhibition and auction, hosted by Christie's auctions. With all proceeds going to the Noah’s Ark Children's Hospice it's an amazing opportunity to not only grab a piece of original art but also to support a fantastic cause. Some of the other artists involved are Zandra Rhodes, Julie Verhoeven, James Joyce and Giles Miller so I am very honored to be in such good company.

...and here's my piece. An original drawing accompanied by a very special egg. The piece is titled 'The Easter Bunny' and it was my personal take on the question of exactly how does the Easter Bunny get all those eggs? I imagined myself as the ultimate Easter egg collector and housed my egg in it's own museum quality archival box.

The artworks will be displayed in the lobby at The Metropolitan Hotel, Old Park Lane, for the whole month of April and will be auctioned off at a special event on the 30th April at 6.30pm. If you'd like a chance to bid for this very special piece and you're interested in attending the auction please contact me using the link in my sidebar.

Jenny Packham

Today I'm wearing Jenny Packham...

Well actually I'm having a bit of a Jenny Packham moment.

 Decisions decisions!

Now what's a girl to do? Can anyone help? Which one should I choose?

Yes, yes I know we're having some unexpected March sunshine but lets face it it is still March and it is still chilly...

Ok, I am a bit hot and bothered - but it's fashion darling!

Tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld

Today I'm wearing a Karl Lagerfeld sweat from the capsule collection created especially for the launch of Karl's new London flagship store.
...and let me introduce you to my new friend Mr UK. He's the latest addition to the Tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld collection and I am one of a handful of lucky bunnies to get my paws on one. I might take him out on the town later. He's way to cool to be left on the shelf.

The new Karl Lagerfeld store, on London's Regent Street, opens on Friday. It features lots of fun new technological gadgets including ipads in the changing rooms where you can take a photo of yourself in KL and beam it directly to instagram, and a digital guest book for interacting, via twitter, with Karl himself. As well as the Karl Lagerfeld mainline the store will be selling lots of limited edition goodies including my Mr UK for just £129. Sadly I couldn't make the launch but I hope to hop along there very soon.

Orla Kiely

Today I'm wearing Orla Kiely

This collection is so very 'Wes Anderson does Moonrise Kingdomish' don't you think!?

I'm off to see The Grand Budapest Hotel on Tuesday. The sets and costumes look amazing, I do hope it's not style over substance... Thinking about it though I wonder if that is really a bad thing, I'm often all style and not so much substance!

P.S. If you're a fan of the film make sure you read this fascinating interview with the film's lead graphic designer... and this piece about Wes himself. Creative genius I say!

Can't wait to wear... Milan

So here I am in Paris taking a quick break between shows for a quick cup of reviving tea at my Paris apartment. Phew, I have just enough time to collate my picks from Milan, wow that feels like an eternity ago! Can't wait to wear them though...

Can't wait to wear... London

Phew, This fashion week lark is exhausting. So much so I have been forced to eat copious amounts of carrot cake and have a total of three facials and five pedicures! Milan has been good to me though, so many goodies for me to choose from. I'll be back soon with my personal shopping list but right now here's my pick of the London shows.

Can't wait to wear... New York

Darlings, what a whirlwind. I have sore paws from all the rushing around in my Louboutins attempting the marathon of shows I'm lucky enough to have invites too. So much so that I haven't had the chance to pick up my laptop and report back to the blog until now - 3 'weeks' in! Naughty bunny! So, while I take a well earned breather and bubble bath in my hotel to prepare for tonight's Versace extravaganza, here's my pick of outfits from the New York shows. Can't wait to wear them...
